1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SociallyPark ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SociallyPark for personal or commercial social media management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SociallyPark
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

SociallyPark offers various subscription plans (Starting, Standard, Professional, Ultra Pro) with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• AI credits (Monthly Included Credits) do not carry forward and expire at the end of the month.
• Recharge credits are valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through SociallyPark. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SociallyPark to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in spam or automated abuse of the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SociallyPark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
