• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SociallyPark
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

SociallyPark offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through SociallyPark. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SociallyPark to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in spam or automated abuse of the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
